Consent agreement
In setting up a recurring contribution via PRIYAN’s website I authorise PRIYAN to make repeated monthly
scheduled charges to my credit card ending for a

I understand my credit card data will be held securely by PRIYAN’s card processing service provider
Bluesnap (see below regarding personal data).
Cancellation Policy
This authority will remain in effect without change until:
- I inform Priyan of any change I would like to make;

PRIYAN is notified by me in writing or by any other means to cancel it in which case I will
receive confirmation that it has been cancelled within 3 working days.
Refund Policy
If a charge is made to the card that falls outside of the terms of this agreement i.e. where
cancellation was not made on time, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible but in any event
within 5 working days. Full refund policy can be found on Priyan's website under Donations on the homepage.
Declined Payments
If my payment is declined I will be informed so that I can take action to reinstate my contribution
should I wish to.
In accordance with the current guidelines relating to security of personal information, your personal
information will be kept confidential and incorporated into a database owned by Priyan. The Foundation
processes personal data in order to deal with your contributions and to provide you with information
about the activities of the Foundation. You may exercise your right to access, correct, oppose or cancel
this information by mailing your request to: Stichting Priyan, P.O. Box 58385, 1040 HJ Amsterdam, The
